Jochem Mestriner
Jochem Mestriner is a Dutch artist born in 1998. He is best known for the metamorphosis, shapeshifting, and storytelling subject matter. Mestriner’s works primarily depict animal and natural forms in a dreamlike manner, using bold colors and single, soft brush strokes. His paintings invite the spectator to use imagination and read into humorous narratives. Winner of several prizes and stipends, he has been exhibited widely across the Netherlands.
